During the installation process of glass substrates, when the chips are bonded and hardened at high temperatures, the surface of the bonding filler is analyzed for the composition of the base layer coating. In addition, there are also connecting agents that contaminate the bonding filler. Because these pollutants can be removed by plasma cleaning before the hot pressing bonding process, the quality of the hot pressing bonding can be greatly improved, the surface wettability is improved, the adhesion is also improved, and the problem of circuit corrosion is reduced.

3. Under normal circumstances, the electrode surface is prone to forming an oxide layer during the production process, which affects its conductivity and bonding performance with other materials. Through the reduction effect of plasma, the plasma cleaning machine can remove the oxide layer on the electrode surface and restore its good conductivity.


4. Plasma cleaning can generate micro roughness on the electrode surface, increase surface area, and introduce active groups to improve surface activity. This helps to improve the bonding force between the electrode and liquid crystal materials, photoresist, etc., ensuring the stability and reliability of the electrode in the liquid crystal panel.


5. During the packaging process of the LCD cell, it is necessary to clean and activate the frame. The plasma cleaning machine can remove pollutants from the surface of the frame, improve its surface ability, and enable the sealant to better bond with the frame, forming a good sealing effect and preventing liquid crystal leakage.


6. During the photolithography process, plasma cleaning machines can be used to remove residual photoresist after photolithography. The high-energy particles in the plasma can effectively decompose the organic components in the photoresist, completely removing the photoresist without damaging other structures of the color filter.
